All International orders ship first class and arrive in less then a week.
If you do not receive your international order, you will receive a refund. Once we determine that the shipment has been lost, a reorder will necessitate the customers assuming risk for loss of shipment. We will assume risk for reorderd shipments if they are shipped express mail.
